With nearly 40 years of experience, Richard Saba is one of
Sarasota's most prominent and effective lawyers. Mr. Saba was born and raised
in Sarasota, where he continues to reside and practice law. He is a graduate of
the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration in 1970. Mr. Saba then earned his Juris Doctorate degree from
The University of Florida College of Law in 1973. He has been a member of the
Florida Bar since 1974, and the Colorado Bar since 1978. Richard Saba has been a Board Certified Specialist in Real Estate since August of 1990. In Colorado, Mr. Saba
served as Chief Deputy District Attorney of Moffat County from 1978 to 1980.
Presently, he is a member of The Sarasota County Bar Association. Mr. Saba is
also a member of The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate, and Trust Section, and
member of the Circuit Advisory Team for Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. His practice areas include Real Estate Law (residential and commercial), Condominium Law, Real Estate Development Law, Corporate/Business Law and Estate Planning.
